My new book is finally out. Finally. I say that because I wrote the first draft of this story when I was 19 years old, living in a tiny little dorm room in an all freshman building as a Resident Assistant at my university. This story has lived in my heart for all that time. I first wrote it as a young woman who had no idea what lay ahead of her. Many good things – I had no idea that my passport would be my most prized possession in my early twenties. It would bear the stamps of places like Scotland, Germany, Denmark, Italy and Ireland. I had no idea on the other end of those adventures around the world, I had a great darkness on my path that I would need to overcome, just like Freya.

I edited and decided to publish it as a grown woman who has come out on the other side of many trials, still standing by grace alone. Life is hard, and beautiful. The good and lovely existing alongside the dark things that happen in all of our stories, at one point or another. This book is a good blend of that, and it’s a fulfilment of my dream to publish at least three books. This will be my third novel, and my fourth book. It’s something I am infinitely proud of. I hope you enjoy stepping into Freya’s adventure filled with dark, light, good and evil, fairies, witches and warriors. It’s a story filled with forgiveness, redemption and love. And I’m so very excited to be able to finally share it with you.
